I have worked in the education and training sector for over 30 years. I started my journey as a tutor, supporting learners in English, Maths, and vocational subjects, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of helping many people gain confidence, skills, and qualifications. Now, as a manager, I oversee the delivery of our contracts and ensure everything runs smoothly at our centre — but I still like to stay hands-on and involved. I believe in looking after everyone, from our dedicated staff to each and every learner who walks through our doors. Supporting others and seeing them grow is what drives me every day, and I always aim to create a positive, inclusive environment where people feel valued and encouraged.
