Safeguarding

Safeguarding – it’s everyone’s responsibility

At Tickets2Train (T2T) we take safeguarding extremely seriously.
Everyone who joins our programmes – learners, staff, partners and visitors – has the right to feel safe and respected.

We expect everyone at T2T to:

  • Respect the right of others to feel safe at all times

  • Treat fellow learners, tutors, and visitors fairly and with courtesy

  • Never threaten, bully, hurt, or abuse anyone – in person or online

You can read our full Safeguarding and Prevent Policy by asking any staff member or visiting our website.

Worried about yourself or someone else?

If something is making you feel unsafe or you are concerned about another learner, please speak to us straight away. We are here to listen and support you.

Keeping Safe Online

Use strong passwords, don’t share personal details publicly, and report anything that worries you.
You can download our Online Safety Guide from the T2T Learner Hub.

Call Out a Concern

Seen or experienced something that doesn’t feel right?
You can:

  • Speak to a member of the Safeguarding Team (see below)

All concerns are handled sensitively. If anyone is in immediate danger, we may share information with social care, the police or emergency services to keep people safe.
