I’ve spent many years in education, not just teaching but also helping shape how we deliver learning across our organisation. While I continue to support learners directly, my role extends beyond the classroom. I’m involved in developing programmes, guiding staff, and ensuring that the support we offer meets the highest standards. I care deeply about the quality of our work and the progress of everyone who walks through our doors, whether they’re a student or a colleague. I take pride in being someone people can turn to - for advice, for guidance, and for finding solutions when things get complex. My focus has always been on impact, and I believe in leading with both purpose and compassion.
